Role Summary:

The Finance Intern will learn about streamlining processes to increase efficiency and taking on live clients to continue quality service delivery.

To ensure success in this role, the Finance Intern will need to be a team player who works with integrity, completes deliverables with quality and communicates effectively.

• Ensuring accurate categorization of transactions in a timely manner

• Completing weekly email send-outs to prospective clients and coordinating introductory meetings

• Coordinating client operations and monthly reporting

• Collaborating with parties to gather and share relevant information.

• Entering adjustments into Quickbooks Online, Gusto, ADP, or related financial software platforms

• Upholding record maintenance and documentation

• Exercising discretion and confidentiality of information

Qualifications:

• Some college experience preferred

• Meticulous attention to detail

• Proficient with Google Workspace

• Collaborative team player

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• Outstanding people skills

• Outstanding organizational skills

• Must be available for company and client meetings no more than two days per week

We are looking for an outgoing and energetic Sales and Marketing Intern who loves meeting new people every day!

Responsibilities

• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs

• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients

• Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives

• Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines

• General administrative tasks

• Assist in the development and implementation of social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement.

• Create and schedule compelling content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries across social media channels in a timely and professional manner.

• Conduct research on industry trends, audience preferences, and competitor activities to inform content creation and strategy.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure social media campaigns align with overall marketing objectives and initiatives.

• Track and analyze key metrics to measure the success of social media campaigns and identify areas for improvement.

• Stay up-to-date with emerging social media trends, tools, and best practices, and propose innovative ideas to optimize our social media presence.

• Assist in managing and organizing social media content calendar and assets.

• Provide support in creating visual assets, such as graphics, images, and videos, to enhance social media content.

• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate ideas for social media campaigns, contests, and promotions.

Skills

• Experience in customer support is a plus
